When you make a booking through our Service, you will receive confirmation directly from the travel provider, not from Zimbabwe Travel Information. All questions or concerns regarding your booking should be directed to the relevant travel provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zimbabwe Travel Information, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Service, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Centre of Zimbabwe, except that each party retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party’s copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zimbabwe Travel Information regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
